Orders
Most of our boxes include personalization options. Please fill out order details accurately, as we will engrave the text exactly as entered.
We will assemble, personalize and ship your boxes within 2-3 business days.
Pickup
Orders can be picked up locally at 86 County Road in Demarest, NJ. Please get in touch to coordinate pickup upon receiving notification that your order is ready.
Shipping
Once assembled, orders are shipped with USPS priority mail in the US North-East region and with UPS in the rest of the continental USA, with 1-7 days estimated delivery, depending on distance from NJ
Choose a discounted $10 flat fee rate for standard delivery option described above
To guarantee a 1-2 day delivery anywhere in the Continental US, you can choose a $30 Express Shipping option during checkout
You will be provided with a tracking number once the package is shipped
*Please note that we cannot control unexpected shipping delays or slower shipping during the holiday season.
Returns
Once you place your order, the boxes are assembled and customized just for you. We do not accept returns, but please feel free to reach out if there is a problem and we'll make it right. Any issues or shipping damages need to be reported within 10 days from the time of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
