Refund policy

Once you place your order, the boxes are assembled and customized just for you. We do not accept returns, but please feel free to reach out if there is a problem and we'll make it right!
Any issues or shipping damages need to be reported within 10 days from the time of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
